The Aspire software has been developed to make designing 3D low relief projects and calculating high quality CNC toolpaths for routing, milling and engraving machines, as quick and asy as possible. And also includes all the 2D design layout and conventional toolpath strategies from VCarve Pro.
Whether it's high volume production runs, bespoke decorative pieces or simply cutting parts for friends and family on a home built CNC machine, Aspire includes the tools needed to get the job done easily and quickly.
Projects can be drawn directly in Aspire, imported from graphical drawing packages such as Corel Draw or AutoCAD and from scanned image files and photographs such as jpg and bitmap files. Designs from standard clipart libraries such as Vector Art can also be directly loaded and machined.
Aspire includes standard drawing and layout tools for converting images into machinable geometry, adding borders, scaling, sizing and positioning.
The Aspire software is extremely good at handling potential problems in files that will often stop other CAM software from calculating CNC toolpaths. Problems such as open vectors, duplicate copies of objects, small loops and coincident vector nodes can all be processed to create precision high quality CNC toolpaths and save GCode etc.
Drawings that may take many hours of editing in other packages can very often be machined in minutes using Aspire.
Remember this mini step through guide only shows a very small part of Aspires capabilities. See the brief feature overview for a summary of some of Aspires many other features.
