We are pleased to announce that our 2014 User Group Meeting is going to be held in Orlando, Florida, at The Florida Hotel & Convention Center on Friday 10th & Saturday 11th October!

Over the two day event there will be a variety of presentations that demonstrate the latest enhancements in VCarve Pro and Aspire. The sessions will also include a bunch of tips & tricks, time saving techniques and more to help enhance your skill and productivity whilst using your software.

Those in attendance will also have the opportunity to talk to Vectric staff and all the other CNC enthusiasts at the event. On top of this we hope to see an array of show and tell pieces which can act as a great source of inspiration.

Case Study - Brooks CNC Routing

When we first saw the sign that you can see to the right, we thought the clean design and eye catching finish really made it stand out. What makes this sign even more impressive is the fact that it's actually made from four 4x8' HDU sheets pieced together, measuring 8' x 16'! We got in touch with the creator, and long time Vectric user, Andy Brooks, founder of Brooks CNC Routing to find out more about how it was created.

In this customer case study we find out how features available in Aspire helped Andy complete this job. We also learn about how he took his CNC business full time and look at some of the projects that help form his impressive portfolio.

The newly released 'Rotary' tutorial category contains two videos, each over 30 minutes long. The first tutorial works through the techniques used to model an ornamental rotary part.
