Routed these insert grilles with aspire. Used a step down radius bit on the profiles
then came back with rest maching at all the corners with a 1/16" ballnose bit.
Each grid was about 11" x 30" and took around 30 mins to complete. Material was
just 1/4" mdf finished to match existing cabinets.

Very nice gothic style grills. I can't imagine hoe long that would have taken with a bandsaw, router, sanding, etc.

I wish I could, we use an outside source finisher that is a real artist. I leave all that up to him :)

How did you attache the pice to the machine?

Did you make this out off one whole plate?

And thank you for the idea. Just pitched something similar - different pattern but same machining approach - to a customer and got the work.
