 Post subject: Circuit board with VCarve

I made a video to plug the spindle I bought. I made the schematic and did the PCB layout in Diptrace (www.diptrace.com) then exported as a DXF. I used VCarve to generate the paths etc, then Mach3 to run the router.

Here's the kicker - the endmill I used is 0.005" diameter! Got that from Think & Tinker at www.thinktink.com.

Nice video.

I use a 32 thou end mill from the same company.
Does really clean lines on the copper, plus i run the drill cycle in the same file.

Have to second Patm on the spindle, I picked the same spindle last month, very nice.
