WE’RE COMING TO VEGAS! SAVE THE DATE & BOOK YOUR PLACE!
We’re delighted to announce that the 2017 User Group Meeting will be held in Las Vegas at the Embassy Suites Convention Centre on Friday 20th & Saturday 21st October 2017.
We'll be packing both days full covering What's New in Aspire 9 along with projects and ideas to increase your knowledge and efficiency using the software. As well as the technical benefits, the meeting also gives like-minded CNC enthusiasts a great excuse to meet up and share knowledge as well as opportunity to bring along projects to show and discuss with other attendees.
As with previous meetings, the user group will take place over two days (Friday and Saturday) and will have a strong focus on our Aspire software however a few of the sessions will also be relevant to VCarve. We would recommend you should be a current Aspire user or interested in learning more about the software to get the most from the meeting.
This year we will be introducing an exciting line up of guest speakers that will not only be showing you how they turned their passion into dollars but will also be showcasing some of the exotic materials and technologies they use for their projects.
The event has a limit of 120 places and the fee per person to attend is $199.00. To help minimise costs, we had made arrangements with The Embassy Suites Convention Center to offer you a discounted accommodation rate.
Due to the high level of bookings for this years event all discounted rooms have now been booked.
There are a number of alternative locations available within the area. Please contact email@example.com if you need any assistance/ advice.

We strongly advise anybody that is interested in attending this year's user group to register their place ASAP to avoid disappointment. The event has sold out every year we have held it which unfortunately resulted in a number of people missing out on the experience.
To learn more about what happened at last year's user group meeting, you can read the post-event report that we have linked below. We have also listed some of the feedback that delegates provided following last years event towards the bottom of this page.
If you have any problems with booking a place for the event or reserving a room at The Las Vegas Hotel, then please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
