Vectric wins the Queen's Award for Enterprise

Vectric Ltd was today honoured with a Queen’s Award for Enterprise for International Trade after increasing exports more than fivefold to over £1m in the last 3 years. With software sales into over 75 countries representing 90% of turnover, and the USA being the company’s largest market, the Vectric software solutions have rapidly become internationally accepted for computerized applications requiring artistic design and precision CNC machining.
The award was publicly announced on 21st April - the Queen’s birthday - and Vectric is one of the very few businesses to receive this prestigious accolade. The International Trade Award recognizes substantial growth in overseas earnings and commercial success at outstanding levels, based on 3 years trading results.
The Queen's Awards for Enterprise are the UK's most prestigious Awards for business success.

Customer Tim Merrill used Vectric's Aspire 3D modeling and machining software to design and carve this beautiful plaque to commemorate the Award.
The plaque is carved from a piece of spalted - figured cherry and measures 13" / 13.5 cm wide by 18" / 45 cm high
