hello.
I don't want to do mistake I think I use polyurethane foam (15Lb density) it is - market name HDU foam (sign foam). I try to find some supplier with affordable foam price around Vancouver island but not success yet.
it was painted by exterior water base ink. :)

Did you model this in Aspire or just use Aspire to to create the toolpaths?

I would love some insight into how you went about interlocking the pieces, I love that they are not simply "stacked" but are set into each other.

Really nice job.
