I’m Michael Tyler and for the last 7 years I have been creating Vectric’s Free monthly projects. I’ve made everything from spring wreaths and mantle clocks to snow sledges and cheeseboards.

Here’s a lovely decorative item for any kitchen - The “Mother’s Kitchen Plaquette”!
This project features a fruit grouping carve with two banners to place any customized text you like.
The project file includes some individual model components so you can customize it even further (for example, use only one of the two banners, change the position or angle of components, alter thickness, add or create more components and so on).
The fruit composite model started with a grape and vine clipart component (included with the software), then combined with some models I created myself with Aspire!
Software features I used were the two-rail sweep, Create Shape, Sculpting tools, Draft, Smoothing, vector offset and more.
