Mother's Day Project
Welcome to the Labs sessions!
Here at Vectric we all love to make stuff, so we thought we would share our inspiration, designs and the CNC process with our community by sharing the projects we make.
Each project comes with its own video for you to watch that tells the story of what we’re making from start to finish. Including technical software footage, machining the parts in the Labs, finishing the projects and we’ll even throw a few tips in based on our experiences.
Each project comes with the file(s) for you to download, along with a PDF document that highlights some of the key important steps to help you get through your project.
Go ahead and try out one of the projects out for yourself and share what you have made on the Vectric Forum!
Karen Hadden is the founder of a Facebook group for CNC enthusiasts called "CNC Tips, Tricks and Project Finishing." During our April 2021 YouTube live event, Karen takes a few minutes to chat with Todd about the group's beginnings and how it is managing such a large membership.
As always, our live events include a free project and this one is no different. Karen has provided you with a wonderful and easy-to-customize project for Mother's Day. It is her take on the stacked text process you may already know about or have used. Todd takes the time to show you around the file, discuss how it was created, and cuts a version for you to see.
All of that can be found in the video above.
We want to thank Karen for taking part in this event; if you're interested in learning more about the Facebook group "CNC Tips, Tricks and Project Finishing," you can sign up to be a member via this link - https://www.facebook.com/groups/1496150987359362
We all hope you are still making stuff and having fun, but most importantly keeping safe!
Which Vectric software do I need to be able to open the free project files?
