This project is all about starting simple and growing your confidence as you go. David will walk you through sketching out your design layout using the vector drawing and editing tools, before getting hands-on with the offset and text tools to add lettering and shape your layout exactly how you want it. From there, you’ll bring the whole thing to life with basic 2D and 2.5D toolpaths, used creatively to produce decorative and interesting trophies, signage and desk ornaments that look far more impressive than they are difficult to make.

This is a fantastic tutorial for anyone new to CNC, or for makers who want to build a solid foundation with the design and toolpathing tools before moving on to bigger things.
