This tip and trick was included at the User Group Meeting in 2015 held in the UK (Wootton Wawen, Warwickshire) and US ( Las Vegas, Nevada).
This video shows a novel technique to create v-carvable vectors derived from a 3D model. It uses Aspires ability to compare the simulated toolpath result with the original model (typically used for Rest-Machining). The result of this can be fitted with vector boundaries and then with a few additional minor edits made ready to v-carve something which resembles a line-drawing of the 3D model. To finish this example we take the vectors and construct a quick sign using them.
