We are delighted to announce our upcoming User Group Meeting will be taking place in Nashville, Tennessee at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Franklin Cool Springs on Friday 2nd & Saturday 3rd October 2026 🎉.

For those of you who don’t know, the Vectric User Group Meeting is a two-day event packed with back-to-back sessions on all things CNC. You’ll get access to focused software sessions from the Vectric team as well as specific sessions from industry experts on CNC machining, materials, finishes, and tooling.

We’ll be bringing back the ‘Ask the Experts’ segment, where we’ll have a panel of experts available on the stage to answer your questions. Once you have purchased your ticket you will have access to a dedicated private group on the Vectric Forum where you can meet other attendees, discuss travel plans, share your tips and submit your questions for the ‘Ask the Experts’ session. This group will be closely monitored by the Vectric team so you’ll have access to all the latest information and updates about this event.

We'll be packing both days full covering what’s new in V13 along with projects and ideas to increase your knowledge and efficiency using the software. The sessions are aimed at a variety of abilities so it doesn’t matter if you’re at the beginning of your CNC adventure or if you’re looking for advanced training - we have sessions for everyone.

As well as the technical benefits, the User Group Meeting gives like-minded CNC enthusiasts the opportunity to get together, showcase their projects, and share knowledge.

We’re offering an early bird discounted price of $249.00pp for anyone booking before the end of 2025! From 1st January 2026 the price will be $299.00pp, (which includes refreshments and lunch on both days).

To help minimize costs, we have negotiated preferential accommodation rates with the hotel of $189 per night (excluding taxes), which includes breakfast and evening drinks receptions. Room availability is limited.

Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be provided for cancellations made before 1st May 2026.
Unfortunately, cancellations made after this date are non-refundable.
