Plateau de service pour les fêtes

Enthousiasmé par le concours de créations Vectric pour les fêtes, Todd a interrogé ses collègues pour connaître leurs traditions. Il semble que chacun ait ses propres petites traditions familiales, et la nourriture y occupe une place de choix !

Se souvenant d'un salon professionnel et d'un livre, il s'est inspiré d'un projet pour créer un petit plateau de service. Ne souhaitant pas trop se plonger dans la modélisation 3D et voulant que le projet soit accessible au plus grand nombre d'utilisateurs Vectric, il a utilisé l'outil de moulage comme base pour ce modèle à deux faces.Todd will demonstrate how to use the moulding toolpath in a two sided environment to make a tray including handles. Then, to over come the lack of thicker material on hand, he cleverly creates a “blank” to be used for his final project out of two different types of wood. After that he will review the final project file, showing you how to add texture with the texture toolpath and customizing with text. After cutting it on the CNC, the tray is finished with a food safe finish ready for those special holiday tasty treats.
